Update October 29, 2015

The concrete structure is complete. Installation of the perimeter framing, sheathing, insulation and weather barrier has started and is 60% complete. Brick work will start by November 6th. Mechanical rough in has started in the interior of the building.

Update June 11, 2015

All deep grade beams and basement foundations are complete. The shallow east side grade beams are complete with 8 first floor columns. The shallow west side grade beams will start week of 6/15/15. There will be no revisions to the construction barricades in the near future.

Update March 25, 2015

The caissons, sheeting and excavation for the basement are complete. Concrete began being poured the week of March 23rd. The basement foundations and grade beams will be worked on for the next few months.

Site Demolition work is complete. Foundation and Caisson will begin this week and continue through mid December.

Update October 27, 2014

Installation of temporary fencing around the perimeter of the construction site will commence the week of October 27th followed by minor site demolition, earth retention, and foundation construction. The site will be set up using the East traffic lane, curb lane and sidewalk in front of the property for both site access and a pedestrian walkway to maintain pedestrian traffic along the East side of Chicago Avenue during the duration of the construction project.  Site demolition and foundation work will commence in early November and will continue through December 2014.

Update 10/02/2014

ComEd will be on site the week of October 8, 2014 to relocate their overhead facilities underground.  AT&T cable TV service may experiences short outages during this work.
