Update October 27, 2014
Installation of temporary fencing around the perimeter of the
construction site will commence the week of October 27th followed by
minor site demolition, earth retention, and foundation construction. The site
will be set up using the East traffic lane, curb lane and sidewalk in front of
the property for both site access and a pedestrian walkway to maintain
pedestrian traffic along the East side of Chicago Avenue during the duration of
the construction project. Site
demolition and foundation work will commence in early November and will
continue through December 2014.

Update 10/02/2014
ComEd will be on site the week of October 8, 2014 to
relocate their overhead facilities underground. AT&T cable TV service
may experiences short outages during this work.
